Yes, all framing is done on site. We believe in conservation framing which preserves your artwork for the long term.

Australia – Flat Rate of $25 postage & handling for Prints only.

All framed artworks, Aboriginal art, and Large mounted artworks – Must get a custom shipping quote before purchase.

All International orders must get a custom shipping quote before any purchase. All “custom and duties” fees are payable by the customer.

– Please allow 5-10 Business Days via Australia Post for Prints Only
– All other larger or more fragile products will depend on the carrier and will be notified with a custom shipping quote

International

We do not offer refunds for Change Of Mind or Cancellations of Online Orders, but do offer a store credit to use at a later date.

Please make sure to open and inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt, and contact us if there is a problem. If you believe an item has been damaged in transit, please take images of the damaged parcel before opening, during unpacking and of any damage to the items. Where damaged has occurred in transit we can issue a refund but the item must be returned to us with the same packaging for our assessment.

If it can be shown that the item is not as appears on our site then we will give a full refund once returned in good condition.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost and is to be organised by the customer.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. If we organise a custom shipping quote for your item, you will also be charged in Australian Dollars.
